You will have a chance to review the design and approve it before we print the album.

We provide a 100% money back guarantee if the album you receive has any defects.

Turnaround Time

It will take one week to design the album, once you confirm our design, it will take about 4 weeks to print the album, bind it and shipping.

For rush service, it would be $50 additional for two weeks turnaround.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee is $15 per album.  The shipping is free if your order is more than $800.

Changes

You will have two opportunities to review and change the design for FREE. If there are more than 2 changes we will charge $15 for each change. We will email you the amount of additional charges.

If you submit photos after the design is completed, there will be a $10 charge to add each photo to your design.

Copyright Issue

When you order albums from us, you agree to take full responsibility for any Copyright issues for any photos you upload.

You must click the box in our design form to agree that any photos used are free of any copyright issue before we start your project.

We are not responsible for any of your uploaded photos copyright issues.

Album Review

Once we finish your album design, we will email you low resolution jpg pictures for you to review, we will not provide any other format images to our client.

Credit Card Privacy

Our company does not hold any of your credit card information, you need to pay online by Paypal, or send a check to us.

Original Photos

If you do not have digital photos to use for your album, we suggest you send high resolution scan images to us, we do not accept original photos by mail in case of lose. If you do not have a scanner, most Walgreens shops will provide this kind of service.
